The man was “quietly investigated, charged and sentenced” after pleading guilty to performing a lewd act in public just steps away from cheerleaders during pregame warmups at Qualcomm Stadium on Dec. 18, KGTV reports.
The station declined to identify the man, who has no previous criminal record, for his own safety.
